Hello! I'm Nadine. My work is about helping you find your way to a fuller, more authentic life, whatever your life situation. I'm a trained IFS practitioner and use IFS and creativity to help you get to the true core of who you are -- a naturally healing space of calm, clarity, confidence and heartfelt connection. Through this increased sense of self leadership, you will find a growing natural resilience to life's challenges.

I want to empower you to live rather than drift your way through life.

Sessions range from 1hr - 1hr 30 min and take place over the internet (video/call) or face-to-face in London. I also facilitate groups in London.

My standard rate is £70/hr (appx $90 USD) with a sliding scale that goes down to £50/hr (apprx $60 USD). Alternatively, I offer a block of 6 sessions for the price of 5.

I have a few discounted slots for those with no income. Please contact me if you're interested in these.

ArtIFS - Self Leadership through Creativity                                        

Gradually develop loving relationships with others and yourself through creativity.

Develop true Self Leadership through creative processes. ArtIFS goes beyond traditional Art Therapy in this respect.

No artistic skills or creative/artistic personality types are necessary.

ArtIFS is the union between creativity and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

Clients find these sessions calming, positive, surprising and gently healing.

Sessions are 60mins or longer depending on individual needs.

Coaching for Creatives

Explore blocks and free up energy and the artist within.

Sessions are flexible in their duration.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

For improving general wellbeing and functioning.

IFS is an evidence-based, gentle (nontraumatising), yet transformative, approach to therapy and inner healing.

Develop your own inner resources and harmony.

Develop clarity, confidence, courage, compassion, calm, creativity and greater connection with yourself and others.

An IFS session is either 60mins, 90mins or 120mins.
